With the wide-ranging brand mix of AEZ, DOTZ, DEZENT, ALCAR STAHLRAD and DOTZ SURVIVAL, ALCAR meets every customer requirement in the market segment of steel and alloy wheels for the passenger car aftermarket. The indispensable prerequisites are highest quality criteria´s and continuous monitoring of those standards. All new design and wheel developments are tested for maximum durability by the TÜV and additionally at ALCAR's own quality control department prior to production release.

ALCAR daily production of light alloy wheels “made in Germany”exceeds 5,000 wheels
The ALCAR Leichtmetallräder Produktion GmbH in Neuenrade (Germany) is the ALCAR Group’s main production site for light alloy wheels. Annual production capacity amounts to 1.2 million alloy wheels, including the full range of passenger car, off-road and light truck wheels from 14'' to 22'' for the brands AEZ, DEZENT and DOTZ while only supplying the passenger car aftermarket. Clients include the ALCAR distribution partners as well as world-wide distribution partners.
In the company's own manufacturing plant ALCAR RUOTE SA, in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, over 2 million steel wheels can be produced per year. Roughly 110 employees ensure that approximately 18,000 tons of high-strength quality steel are transformed into original equipment quality products every year. In addition to the highest quality, ALCAR steel wheels are characterized by short-term availability.

THE ALCAR WHEELS GMBH is certified for the quality management by the German technical certification institute TUEV. This certification is checked and renewed on an anual basis and guarantees continious improvement in the development of wheel designs and customer service.
