TPMS FOR MOTORBIKES
THE NEW ALCAR SENSOR MOTORBIKE

With the new ALCAR SENSOR MB, a universal sensor for motorbikes, ALCAR is the first and only company to offer a cloneable and programmable TPMS sensor for motorbikes in the European aftermarket. The universal sensor can be mounted either as a valve-based model (two valve hole versions: 8.5mm and 11.5mm) or as a bolt-in version directly screwed onto the inside of the motorbike rim. The new ALCAR Sensor MB is a universal sensor and can be freely programmed for any motorbike model. The current coverage comprehensively covers BMW, KTM, Triumph, MV Agusta, Indian, and Harley Davidson models and is constantly being expanded.

                                

ALCAR TECH600

The high-performance tool ALCAR TECH600 from BARTEC, the world leader in the manufacture of TPMS diagnosis tools, now offers also the complete range of motorbikes with TPMS. You can use this tool to program the new ALCAR Sensor Motorbike accordingly or, even better, create a clone of the OE sensor to avoid the relearn procedure. Of course, the full range of functions for passenger cars TPMS is still available to you. The ALCAR TECH600, amongst other things, includes a colour display, WIFI, Bluetooth OBDII for passenger cars, wireless charging, and a robust ergonomic housing. Due to improved navigation, a wide range of menu languages, live updates via WIFI, the new tool makes daily workshop routines easier.

 

 

ALCAR TECH350

The ALCAR TECH350 is a professional TPMS diagnosis and programming tool by BARTEC, the world leader in the manufacture of TPMS diagnosis tools. An extensive database allows you to carry out TPMS-related work on all motorbikes and program the new ALCAR Sensor Motorbike. Of course, the full range of functions for passenger cars TPMS is still available to you.

 

ALCAR VT57

In addition to the well-known VT56, the new VT57 offered by ALCAR now also includes a comprehensive motorbike database. Constant Live Sensor updates and the ability to connect Wi-Fi to ensure that the VT57 has the latest coverage available. With the ALCAR VT57 you can program the new ALCAR Sensor Motorbike.

 

 

Software & Accessories

 

Updates 

Using the PC software TPMSDesktop by BARTEC, you can update your ALCAR TECH600 or TECH300. The software updates include, for example, new car models, relearn procedures, extended OBD coverage and new programming codes for our universal sensors. Furthermore, the TPMSDesktop enables you to create an interface to transfer data into your inventory management system!

For the ALCAR VT56, ATEQ provides the webVT PC software, so you will always stay up to date with the VT56.

Licences

Has the licence period for your TPMS tool expired? No need to worry! In the ALCAR webshops, you will find an option to extend your licence for all ALCAR TPMS tools. Ask your local ALCAR partner for the latest licencing offers.

Upgrades

For our new TPMS tool ALCAR TECH600, we offer a unique upgrade special for all workshops, providing full coverage for the programming of universal sensors from major sensor manufacturers. After entering the upgrade code, you can program universal sensors from Schrader, HUF/BH-Sens and Alligator in addition to the already existing ALCAR sensors (ALCAR Sensor + ALCAR by Schrader).

The ALCAR TPMS configurator is the perfect support for your TPMS business. The configurator lists all sensor-related information neatly and in detail. You can obtain any kind of sensor number, view car-related relearn procedures and print them out, find service kits and spare valves. Usage of universal sensors (HD)

When using programmable universal sensors, it is strongly recommended that you clone the initial sensors whenever possible to avoid the relearn process.

OBDII – A TPMS tool and a suitable diagnostic device with an OBD adapter is necessary to program new sensor IDs into the vehicle's electronic control unit.

Auto Learn – Some models can relearn sensors themselves, but the process involves some driving tests. First replace the sensor on the front axle and scan sensor with a TPMS compatible scan tool. Drive for at least 10 minutes until the sensor is detected. Then Replace sensor on the rear axle and scan this sensor with a TPMS compatible scan tool. Drive for at least 10 minutes until the sensor is detected.
